 At the Libertas Vanguard Foundation (LVS), an institute resolutely committed to defending democracy, protecting human rights, and countering authoritarianism and transnational threats, each department operates as part of a unified ecosystem. Together, they share intelligence, research, and operational insights to advance both their individual objectives and the Foundation’s overarching mission.

This collaborative, interdepartmental structure ensures that resources and expertise move fluidly across divisions—amplifying the impact of every action, initiative, and investigation. It is this synergy that enables LVS to remain agile, effective, and resolute in its defense of democratic values, human dignity, and the rule of law.

HRIL is a data-driven, evidence-based department dedicated to uncovering and addressing human rights violations. Through meticulous documentation, legal research, and targeted advocacy, HRIL supports affected populations and works to influence both national and international policy change.
 

AGRA conducts interdisciplinary research and policy advisory focused on designing alternative governance models tailored for culturally diverse or post-conflict societies where traditional democratic frameworks are vulnerable to exploitation. Its work equips leaders and institutions with innovative tools for stability, accountability, and democratic resilience.  

SACT operates as an independent, non-governmental tribunal that investigates and brings to light systemic corruption, state capture, human rights abuses, and foreign interference in South Africa. It functions as a truth-seeking mechanism and platform for justice, particularly where official avenues have failed.
